Your login stays the same — this adds a CineBase that's yours: your gear, your jobs, your invoices. Switch between it and any group you rent from with one click.
CineBase's AI features — receipt reading, call-sheet import, script breakdowns, gear proposals, insights, the chat assistant — run on Anthropic's Claude API using your own key. Usage is billed to your Anthropic account, typically a few cents per action.
Get one at console.anthropic.com → API Keys → Create Key, then paste it below. It's stored in your CineBase settings (Settings → AI) and never shown again in full.
Adding a key needs admin access — ask your CineBase admin to add one under Settings → AI.
CineBase is in early access — bug reports, questions and ideas all land straight with the developer. Replies go to your account email.
Fields left as “— unchanged —” (or blank) keep each item's current value.
Scan your inventory for natural groupings — lens sets, light kits, accessory clusters. The AI looks at names + categories + notes and proposes packages you can review before saving.
Items already in a package are skipped. Single-item proposals are filtered out. You'll review each suggestion before anything is created.
